We are a small, creative team of architects and designers based on the shore in Leith. We are passionate about the value of good design creating spaces and places people can enjoy.
Throughout our 40 year history we have worked across a wide range of scales, locations and budgets. Working primarily with existing buildings retraining their character while transforming them to meet our clients 21st century needs. From the initial idea to the completed project, we are committed to delivering ambitious design without losing sight of our clients’ practical and budgetary objectives.

Our experience ranges from restoring, transforming, remodelling and extending Georgian, Victorian and modern properties, to delivering stunning new build homes, commercial fit-outs and multi unit housing developments. Each project is delivered with care from our small experienced team.
