We are a small, creative team of architects and designers based on the shore in Leith. We are passionate about the value of good design creating spaces and places people can enjoy.
Throughout our 40 year history we have worked across a wide range of scales, locations and budgets. From restoring, transforming, remodelling and extending Georgian, Victorian and modern properties, to delivering stunning new build homes, commercial fit-outs and multi unit housing developments.
From the initial idea to the completed project, we are committed to delivering creative design solutions without losing sight of our clients’ practical and budgetary objectives.

Services
Our Architectural services are based on the RIBA Plan of Work and cover every stage of a construction project—from concept to completion.
Team
We maintain a core of architects supplemented by additional technical staff when required to satisfy client needs. The practice maintains staff development with regular CPD and promotes continuing education on specialist courses.The office promotes a culture of openness. We believe that friendship, happiness at work and a sense of humour are as important as other qualities.
